USDCNH: China’s Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index report for March is an important event for forex markets due March 31. The performance of China’s economy is used to gauge the state of global economy also as Chinses production facilities ship manufactured goods to many countries of the world. There is a possibility the Manufacturing PMI report may indicate weaker performance than expected which will be bullish for USDCNH.

USDIDX: United States Nonfarm Payrolls report on April 1 is the key economic event of the March 28 – April 1 week. The March Nonfarm Payrolls will indicate whether the recovery of the US labor market is robust, giving more support to views more aggressive monetary tightening can be implemented to combat inflation. Strong non-farm payrolls report will be bullish for USDIDX.
