Tesla stocks rose 2.38% outperforming market amid reports Tesla vehicle insurance registrations in China surged 28% last week as the global EV leader attempts to reach record Q4 output and the 1.8 million vehicle deliveries the company targeted for 2023, Amazon shares lost 1.53% on Tuesday amid reports Jeff Bezos may sell as many as 8 million to 10 million shares amounting to roughly $1 billion worth of stock after Bezos last week unloaded about $240 million worth of Amazon shares.

The Dollar is steady currently . The live dollar index data show the ICE US Dollar index, a measure of the dollar’s strength against a basket of six rival currencies, added 0.1% on Tuesday while data showed sales of previously owned US homes fell by the most in nearly a year in October.

EUR/USD reversed its climbing and GBP/USD continued its advancing yesterday while the Office for National Statistics reported UK public sector net borrowing in October excluding banks was the second-highest level of borrowing for the month at £14.9 billion ($18.68 billion) since records began in 1993. Both euro and Pound are higher against the dollar currently. AUD/USD’s joined USD/JPY’s slowed sliding on Tuesday with both the yen and Australian dollar lower against the Greenback currently.

Futures on three main US stock indexes are mixed currently as the yield on benchmark 10-year US notes edged down to 4.408% currently. Stock indexes ended lower on Tuesday with three main stock benchmarks recording daily losses in a range from -06% to -0.2% amid disappointing reports from retailers.

European stock indexes are up currently after closing marginally lower on Tuesday with retail stocks leading gains. Asian indexes futures are mixed today with Japan’s Nikkei leading gains buoyed by a dovish outlook from the Bank of Japan.

The US oil benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI) eased 6 cents and is steady today. Brent added 13 cents to $82.45 a barrel.
