On the daily time frame, COFFEE: D1 came out of the bullish flag and the long-term downtrend. A number of technical analysis indicators formed signals for further growth. We do not rule out a bullish movement if COFFEE: D1 rises above the last up fractal and the upper Bollinger band: 184. This level can be used as an entry point. The initial risk limit is possible below the Parabolic signal, the last lower fractal and the lower Bollinger band: 164. After opening a pending order, we move the stop following the Bollinger and Parabolic signals to the next fractal low. Thus, we change the potential profit/loss ratio in our favor. The most cautious traders after making a trade can switch to a four-hour chart and set a stop loss, moving it in the direction of movement. If the price overcomes the stop level (164) without activating the order (184), it is recommended to delete the order: there are internal changes in the market that were not taken into account.

The world's supply of coffee may decline. Will COFFEE quotes continue to grow?
The International Coffee Organization (ICO) reported a decrease in global coffee exports from October 2022 to February 2023 by -8.7% to 48.7 million bags (60 kg each). The ICO does not exclude the continuation of the global coffee shortage in the 2022/2023 agricultural season. It may even increase to -7.3 million bags. In the 2021/2022 season, the deficit was -7.1 million bags. Global demand for coffee is expected to continue to outpace supply. A positive factor for arabica quotes may also be bad weather conditions in Brazil and Central America.
